EU: Budget

To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether, as the United Kingdom’s net contribution to the European Community budget is projected to rise from £2 billion in 2008-09 to £6.5 billion in 2010-11, they will withhold a proportion pending a statement of assurance on the accounts by the Court of Auditors.

Lord Davies of Oldham:

My Lords, the answer is no. The United Kingdom is required to make its contributions under obligations imposed by the treaties.

The European Communities Act, and Section 2 in particular, gives effect within the UK to Community law.

Inability to gain clearance on the majority of EU expenditure is unacceptable, and the Government will continue to engage with European institutions over these issues and to look for member states taking greater responsibility for the EU funds that they manage.

Few seem to realise that Westminster no longer has ANY authority to do anything beyond 'footle' and make matters worse.

Under the terms of the ECA 1972 these United Kingdoms no longer have the democratic right to enact independent law under the terms of Article 2 Section II where it clearly states that it shall be the duty of the minister concerned to enact into law EU Laws, either by 'Statutory Instrument' or by 'Order In Council'.

Thus we now find that somewhere in excess of 75% of all Statute Law enacted in Parliament is mere rubber stamping of the EU's undemocratic diktat. Interestingly you will note The ECA also states that ALL British Law must be compliant with the EU - THUS all British Law is forced upon us by The EU undemocratically!

This no doubt explains why MPs take ever longer holidays and more law is made in the absence of democratic debate by our elected politicians than through the sitting of parliament.

We hear much of MPs and their allowances, expenses and salaries being inadequate - as members of the EU in a vassal state perhaps it is about time to admit we live in a post democratic centralised committee dictatorship governed in self interest by an alien committee of foreigners and stop paying either our MPs or MEPs as they have absolutely no say, no authority and no job.

As with any Country that has the misfortune to be a vassal state of The EU.

Having read that may I suggest, so that you realise that The EU is clearly NOT a Union but a vehicle for the Franco Germanic Axis Powers, do read 'The Treaty of Elysee' which you can find if you CLICK HERE

The final turn of the key locking us in as the serfs of the vassal state of Britain with its idiotic EU Regional Assemblies, structured without say and without authority to replace Westminster, or in Ireland its Houses of the Oireachtas, comes The New Constitution Lisbon Treaty.

After that you will appreciate that the central authorities of the EU will be authorised to excercise Military authority in and over any vassal state that has the temerity not to carry out the orders of the central committee and its unelected bureaucratic underlings!

Much to the shame of Lord Davies of Oldham as a Quisling he plays the part with gusto!

The EU, due to the political idiocy and corruption of its undemocratic leaders, is now a net importer of food, no longer able to feed itself and with a decreasing range of over priced goods of little use to the rest of the world to sell with which to counter the net financial drain of endless imports.

British Politicians with pens and treachery, in pursuit
of their own agenda and greed, have done more
damage to the liberty, freedoms, rights and democracy
of the British peoples than any army in over 1,000 years.

The disastrous effects of British politicians selling Britain
into the thrall of foreign rule by the EU for their own
personal rewards has damaged the well-being of Britain
more than the armies of Hitler
and the Franco - German - Italian axis of 1939 - 1945.

Until we gain our liberty, restore our sovereignty, repatriate our democracy and reinstate our Justice system and our borders - defended by our Police and Military armed with sustainable and obtainable weaponry:
Treat every election as a referendum.

Don't waste your vote on a self serving Politician in ANY election until we are liberated from the EU and are a Free Sovereign peoples, with independent control of our own borders, making and managing Law & Justice for our own benefit, in our own elected Westminster Parliament where we can fire our politicians at the ballot box, if they fail to represent OUR best interests.
