May I submit that for President Obama to comment on the obvious wisdom of releasing Abdelbaset Ali Mohmet al-Megrahi is not only a mistake on his part but shows him to be utterly ill served by his own intelligence services.

There is and never was ANY evidence that this man had ANY connection with the Lockerbie bombing. Obama is I understand a trained lawyer - may I suggest that he reads the utterly corrupt and dishonest summing up by the discreditted Lord Cullen.

There is a large body of evidence that could lead one to believe that the bomb was placed upon Pan-Am 103 in Frankfurt by American Intel. acting for individuals close to George Bush.

It is NOT unsafe to state that there is very little doubt that Abdelbaset Ali Mohmet al-Megrahi is innocent of the crime he was imprisonned for. The Court case provided an unsound verdict and was clearly corrupted by the sequentially corrupt Lord Cullen.

I feel sorry for the many family members of those who were killed by the bomb and even more sorry for them that it seems they have been deliberately misled by their own Government who are the most likely bombers.

Interestingly as a part of the rehabilitation of Qaddaffi's Libia to the world economy we note besides providing 2 potential scapegoats for the obscene tragedy he also paid slightly over £800,000,000 to the relations of the dead victims. It is deeply suspicious that at the same time some £800,000,000 was invested by America and Britain in the creation of Oil developement.

May I congratulate the little goffer in Scotland who spoke out to agrandise his part in the release of tyhe prisoner on compassionate grounds - Did anyone hear him say we at any stage? It seems he thinks he is the official bearer of The EU rubber stamp for the peoples of Scotland who have been so betrayed by their politicians.

Clearly Abdelbaset Ali Mohmet al-Megrahi should have been released long ago, in fact he should never have been framed for the crime. His innocence is a near certainty and we owe him an appology but then again so does Qaddaffi for having gone along with the scam!

Abdelbaset Ali Mohmet al-Megrahi should have been sent home an innocent man, long ago but better that he was released on compassionate grounds than not at all. Sadly The Scottish chap lacked the courage even to act for Scotland OR even for its EU Regional Council but hid his actions behind some rather strange religiosity!
