IN DEFENCE OF OUR CONSTITUTION (G048)

A MEETING OF SOME SUBSTANCE IN DEFENCE OF OUR CONSTITUTION WAS HELD ON SATURDAY 24th. JANUARY 2009

The relatively recently formed British Constitution Group had their first major meeting on Saturday 24-Jan-09 in Stoke. The venue was excellent and a crowd of 400 > 500 at a guess were present. There were all ages and both men and women present with a heartening number of younger supporters.

It was good to see the mix of ages, political persuasions and motivations willing to defend our Constitution from what ever perspective - defend it from a duplicitous Government and its self serving politicians and the bloated ranks of Snivil Cervants.

John Bingley gave his reliable and enthusiastic presentation regarding his views on out Constitution, which always goes down well with such audiences and is well founded in documentary evidence.

John Galloway gave a presentation of a series of letters exchanged with our Queenregarding the validity of her oath and her current status in view of our unfortunate membership of The European Parliament. The exchange considered her sworn oath to defend British laws, liberties and traditions.

As with correspondence received in response to similar enquiries made by Dr. David Abbott (recently duplicitously removed from EUkip NEC, for havbing the timerity to question the new unaccountable fascist style of control of EUkip by placemen). John Galloway's letters and those of Dr. Abbott show dramatically how our liberty, values, democracy and justice have been deliberately and clandestinely hollowed out in a series of betrayals by our politicians aided by a Snivil Cervice that sees itself as master not servant.

Clearly we the British peoples have been most treacherously betrayed but clearly this is NOT treason under law as it now stands nor as it has stood for many years.

Albert Burgess, a retired special policeman, reported on presenting evidence of treason (which of course no longer has validity under law) at his local police station. When the police did not act, he presented a complaint to a police force in a different county. He urged us to do the same since there seems to be clear evidence of treason!

There is a CD available from which documents can be printed which attempt to support the validity of these allegation, based on what can only be seen as arcane law - sadly this has not been upheld by any Police Force nor by any Court to date. Perhaps it would be treated with more respect if backed by a competent legal opinion from a Barrister of a Chambers of substance, until then I fear it is going to absorb much effort and cause much angst but sadly merely divide those who value our liberty, to the advantage of our enemies!

Roger Hayes, John Galloway and Frank Taylor deserve our thanks for their efforts in running a well organised meeting which covered much other material including the abuse of families by Social Services and some attention to Common Purpose as a mallevolent force in our society - The Government within? or should that be behind?

The meeting did at least come to some conclusions:

1) It was agreed to continue as individuals to assert our constitutional rights in a non-violent way.

2) Study groups will begin with the aim of making the defence of the British Constitution a grassroots mass movement.

Since I did not attend I hesitate to provide more detail and have based this report on a spread of opinions that I have received and read.

Should anyone care to 'e'Mail me a more comprehensive report I will consider posting it for them.

To date the most reliable source of information I have READ was from David Abbott whose web site BritsAtTheirBest, run with the very able help of Cathrine has always proved a source of reliable information, it was from them I nicked the picture - thanks.

TO LEAVE THE EU

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we leave our children and the future, with shame!

I SUGGEST – since there is clearly no political party of repute, advocating or campaigning for withdrawal of these United Kingdoms from the EU and restoration of our independent sovereign, democracy, with Justice & the right to self determination in a free country. Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.
