having received the details below unsolicited from William Finnerty direct I read it and many of the links and found it sufficiently worrying to feel it worth passing on to you by way of giving William Finnerty's comments and beliefs a wider audience:
I'm not sure whether I consider the demise of 'The Bill of Rights' or the election of what can only be described as a superstitious nutter as Mitt Romney is a believer in Satanism , which seems, from the carvings on the rear of The primary temple of The Church of Latter Day Saints in Salt Lake City - The Mormon Tabernacle!
All very worrying when they not only arbitrarily destroy sound laws and enshrined 'Rights' but elect someone with the superstitions of an obvious 'fruit loop'!
This is supposedly THE most powerful nation on the planet yet a huge perce3ntage honestly believe in the myth of creationism and the arcane concepts of so called gods - when clearly there has been no greater manipulative con on this planet nor greater source of evil than mankind's ridiculous determination to invent gods and then force them on others for gain in some of the most brutal and disgusting ways ever known - whether to enforce one of these mythical gods or eradicate another!

May I suggest that YOU check out the data provided, discuss it with your friends and then, preferably quoting this source, further distribute the worrying facts - which came to me on the very day that Mitt Romney won the Iowa Primary for The GOP, a mere 8 votes ahead of his rival.

I would fully agree with you that verbal trickery (of a great many different kinds and forms) plays a major role in the way the bulk of the people are being "led up the garden path" (as I see things) for the past several years now, with regard to a wide range of matters which are crucially important for humanity as a whole: such as government bank-bailouts to pay off the "derivatives" gambling debts of the unbelievably arrogant bankers, and the (real purpose of) the present warmongering activities taking place in connection with the Middle East situation (for example).

I am interested in this case for a number of reasons.
One of my reasons relates to the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder symptoms referred to in connection with former Police Sergeant James Gill.
I take it this must mean C-PTSD: i.e. Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, of the kind which builds up over a period of time.
Although I have a "To Whom It May Concern Letter" dated October 28th 2005 from my GP (at that time), I have never -- try as I might -- been able to get any legal representation whatsoever regarding the C-PTSD issues in question.

The many, many efforts I have made since October 28th 2005 to find the legal representation I still very badly need, include the registered letter I sent to Barrister John Glynn (Hogan & Co, Ballinasloe) on April 3rd 2007. To date, I have not received any reply, not even an acknowledgement of receipt, from John Glynn (Barrister) to the registered letter referred to at the www address immediately above. As this case with former Sergeant James Gill very clearly shows though, the legal profession (and the medical profession) have no difficulty at all in raising Post Traumatic Stress Disorder issues in court when the victim is (or was at the time) on the Government payroll.
However, when the perpetrators of C-PTSD causing abuses are "public officials and bodies", and even when there is very clear and straightforward written medical evidence to substantiate the claim, as in my particular case, the whole situation is treated by the legal profession in an entirely different manner altogether: thanks, as I see things at least, to nothing other than pure (and totally disgusting) legal profession corruption of the kind which very vigorously supports government crime.
